Service Availability & Limitations

Our 24-hour critical parts dispatch commitment applies to components stocked at regional hubs (Europe, Middle East, Asia Pacific, Americas). Non-stocked or obsolete parts for machines older than 15 years may require 4-8 weeks for manufacture. Customers in regions without a Liebherr service centre should expect extended response times — we recommend maintaining a site-level critical spares inventory for these locations.

Extended warranty coverage (up to 7 years / 20,000 hours) is available for new machines purchased directly from Liebherr or authorised dealers. Warranty excludes wear parts (track shoes, bucket teeth, wire ropes), damage from operation outside rated parameters, and modifications performed by non-authorised workshops. Warranty terms vary by region — consult your regional sales office for jurisdiction-specific conditions.
